Casa de Sara focuses on the plight of children in Bolivia. Programs currently planned or under way include orphanage support, education and health care.

Casa de Sara supports the needs of orphanages by providing small construction projects, food, medicine, and other general requested needs.

As funds become available, improvements in education are to be addressed by mobile educational units ("escuelitas", meaning "little schools") designed to reach and meet the educational needs of children in highly impoverished schools, orphanages, and towns with no formal educational programs. This outreach program is to begin with literacy, the arts, and health care education.

Casa de Sara provides health care clinics on regular basis. Currently, they provide vision clinics and general pediatric clinics, women's clinics and are working to be able to offer other health care clinics in the future. Casa de Sara works almost exclusively with Bolivian doctors during the clinics; however, on occasion Casa de Sara will bring in American doctors to work with Bolivian doctors for special clinic projects. Casa de Sara also provides medical supplies to select hospitals and partners with them to bring better health care services to those in need in Bolivia.
